Dallas - Labor Approved Got my labor approved! Please update tracker accordingly (details in my signature) - I haven't received the official letter, but my attorney received notification.

Tracker update My Priority Date has been confirmed as 4/22/04 upon recieving my 45 day letter. It currently states Jun 1 04 on tracker. I've also finally set up a signature :)

Finally 1 little bit of good news for me! I got my 45 day letter today, so step 1 is a little bit further along the line, and I finally know where my application is sat at! My attorney said that she was responding to the letter today and anticpates LC approval late June or early July. So...

amendment to tracker It appears my case has been placed in the PBEC spreadsheet on the tracker. I still don't know which BPC my case is at, so should be moved to "Unknown" My attorney says I should know by June this year.

I don't think it is that unusual, although my priority date is later than yours (07/**/04). I have no 45 day letter, have no idea which BEC my case gathers dust in, and my attorney doesn't know either.
