Yup got the notices in the mail in a week or so. If I need to travel before the card arrives I will have to explore stamping options.

Did you guys try calling the customer service no? What is the response you get when you call after waiting for 60 days?

aghalam, Do we need to take a set of documents besides the approval notice to get the stamp? Do they then keep the approval notice with them or any other docs?

Similar scenario.Got my approval email 4 weeks back, notice in mail 3 weeks back but no card yet... I didnt get the card production mail either...

Thanks Still and Navneet.. Based on other postings I have seen it could be NC or stuck somewhere in USCIS.. The strange thing is I did my second round of fingerprinting in July and never saw a LUD on my case. So hopefully the fingerprints made it where it needed to.. Anyway of following up...
