The receipt was mailed out 3/30, and I've not received it as of 4/11. The attorney is receiving receipts for the capped H1Bs, but not my transfer. Any one under similar situation?
UPDATE:
Mailed date 3/30

Notice date 4/9
Actual I797 receipt receive date 4/13

I read from here:

If this is the case, I do not qualify for both criteria. I may have to make the decision to change job rather than asking the firm to go through this process and ended up categorizing as EB3.
I've completed all my course work and registered for 1 credit of Master thesis when I accepted the job. About 3 months later, I submitted my MS thesis and graduated.
Can I file for EB2 with M.S + x yrs?
How does graduate school assistanship experience counts towards green card application...
I've received my M.S Computer Science after 3 months of working with my current firm. During those months, I've completed all courses, and was writing my thesis.
Any chance that I can file for EB2?
(All dates are receipt dates)
Pertition: 6/13 (regular processing)
Change to PP: 10/12
RFE: 10/24
RFE response: 10/26
Approval: 11/3
I'm glad I switch to PP, the current queue date is still at 5/28. So slow that it is taking 1/6 of my H1B period to process.
My attorney faxed the response, and the status is updated immediately the following day.
However, it is updated to "You will receive a written decision on this case". I am not sure if it means that the system will no longer be updated, and I will only receive written response.
Looks like USCIS made a mistake. I went to DHS today, and was told that my country wasn't on the list that requires NSEERS. My attorney will send a response to that and how it goes.
