My case is very much similar to yours, I have Bachore +1.5 yr. Diploma except I have filed I140 from VA at the end of Sept. I haven't received the recipt from NSC. My lawyer didn't see any problem in that and he is confident about the case. When did u file I-140 ?

H1B7yr reply I just sent email in the morning and got reply within an hour. Try sending email yourself. I don't see any harm.

I got the same screen shot I have received the screenshot and my prevailing wage is > salary. Case Received date is the one when it was received by the Region. I wouldn't worry. Things looks fine in your case.
