Me too : Funny though myself and my son got an e mail that Approval Notice sent - however on my wife's case we got an e mail that "Card Sent". Let's see what the difference when we get cards.

SR is Service Request !!! You can initiate a service request if you call USCIS 1 800 number - they will only intiate an SR if your case is already pass published processing time.

Most of us got "Card Production Ordered" first - like I received Card Pruduction e mail on 26th July and I am still waiting for Approval Notice sent. It's USCIS does not make much sense to argue with them.

I think you guys are thinking too much - I have I140 approved with EB2 through PERM in seven weeks - my I140 approved with Eb3 within 7 days and I shall retain my Eb3 priority date towards Eb2 485. Guess what i am with a same employer.
