Well even the attorneys are divided on this issue..... most of them agree that E3 wud be harder to obtain the GC .. i am stuck in teh same situation adn have no clue wat to do ....... does any one know any workaround .. shud i be pressing my Employer to put me on H1 B so that i can get into...
