It is 12/28/2004, almost the last work date of year 2004. You got to ask your lawyer for any update in your LC, since my lawyer didn't even tell me this until I sent an email to ask 'anything new with my LC?'. Good Luck!

Labor Approved I sent email to my lawyer asking the status of LC and H1b renewal, and my lawyer replied back telling me that my labor was approved! I received the letter later from the lawyer. It was dated back 8/2/06, the officer is jenny elser. Good Luck to everybody!

It is not rare at all. Me and all my friends who are undergoing this process haven't received 45-day letter yet, none of us (5 people). And we are in MI.

MI cases seem slow So far I got nothing, neither my friend whose PD is 9/2003. It seems MI cases go very slow.

My lawyer also refused to request a screen shot for me based on the same reason. My HR people did it.

77raghuv - From which state did you file LC? Have you got 45-day letter? It seems we are sharing the same 05211 number with similar PD.

One more info for updating Thank you txtramdream! I have a friend also in MI. Her PD 11/2003, EB3. Haven't received 45-day letter yet. She got a screen shot for 7 year H1B renew.
