RFE is issued only for the Primary. Dependant status is the same old message. Already applied for 3rd EAD & AP. Waiting for the RFE. Hope they mail it to updated contact info!

I believe you need notices to do the FP. They won't entertain if the notice is not there.

yes, you can (i did). Docs - check the website. Along with your passport complete copy send the EAD copy also (both sides).

Usually you can walk-in and get it done before the scheduled date. I did mine in Charlotte without any problem.
