I have been waiting since April 06! Last month I got fed up with waiting passively and wrote letters to my congressman and FL. I received a response back from my congressman that they have forwarded my inquiry to congress's FBI office. Haven't heard back from FL's office yet.

LUD on inquiry? I got a LUD today after a very long time (3.5 months!). I am wondering if this is due to my attorney's inquiry (sent on Jan 8th) or something else. Have folks here who have made a 6+ month inquiry received LUDs afterwards?

That's not true. I did go through the NSEERS process (twice!) but my EAD was swift (see signature). I got the AP after an RFE that asked for my NSEERS attendance proof. Even with RFE, the AP came back relatively quickly.

how do they do it? Where does this website get its information from? Do they just sniff through forums and capture information? It actually has a prediction engine which is predicting which is very sad I should say :mad: ! So I can't even be sure (i.e. 100%) I will get my approval in...

LUD on call? I called these folks on 10/12 and was told my case is still stuck in namecheck. But then I got a LUC the day after (10/13). I was suspecting that they had updated my case based on the phone call. Then I got another LUD yesterday (10/15). I don't know what to make of these LUDs...

I hate name check! From what I gather reading on the FBI name check it looks like you get into the time-hole if they hit your name in their intial search which then results in further investigation and months of wait... I was wondering if having gone through fingerprinting procedures at...

doesn't mean much! I had the two LUDs in two consecutive days a while ago which got me excited apparantly for no good reason :( I wouldn't read much into it if I was you.

I did my FP on 5/25. BTW, I got another LUD on my I485 this morning? Should I read into this? Could it be? No way! Maybe.... :eek:

no logic I have an RD of 4/27 with no LUD, so your observation is not entirely accurate nick715us. Do these LUDs have anything to do with the second phase of bi-specilization? Are 485 cases already in the system going to be routed to Nebraska? No LUDs since FP. I don't like this...

EAD approved These folks are cranking through applications. This morning I got an email saying my EAD application has been approved on 05/31/2006 and my card is on its way.

Moving along... Got my FP notice on 5/12/06 and the appointment is set for 5/25/06. Thanks for keeping this forum alive :) . It helps a lot to set expectations.
