LUD on slef n spouse AP that document has been mailed. called NSC they picked up immediately. the AP has been approved. for the 485 he said it is waiting officer review. What do u guys think.

Can n e one shed some light on this "Assuming the RFE response they receive is the last item they need. Is there a ball park timeline on how long they take to approve after that" Thanks

Lawyer informed me yesterday that they have responded to the RFE, and today this update that response has been received and case processing has resumed.

emailed the birth certificate to my lawyer so she can respnd to the rfe about the same..... keeping my fingers crossed
