Manja: I am in similar situation. I have done B. Pharm. from India in 2002 and have worked there in R&D for a year. Since, Pharmacy license is not required to work in industry, I never got one. Therefore, I am not able to give the FPGEE until I get Pharmacy license from India. Although, I am...

I can understand. I had same problem with my company too. But, if you have your case number, you can ask your "manager" to call and enquire about it.

I suggest you call the Philadelphia BPC (484) 270-1500/Dallas BPC (214) 237-9111. Thanks DC2000 for providing the numbers. My RI was submitted more than couple of months back; have not seen the approval yet. I thought that there is something wrong with my case. I requested my "manager" to...

hmmm... that beats me. I was under impression that none of the VA guys have got the approval yet after completing the recruitment. But, I guess I am wrong. Well, I don't know what else we can do other than to wait. Don't want to sound pessimistic ...but, there may be some problem with...

I think all the VA guys are in same boat. My RI was sent on 01/26/07 and I am still waiting. Did your colleagues also file their labor from VA?

My guess I think it depends upon the analyst that is handling your case. I've a feeling that the analysts are assigned cases by the State rather than PD. I know some of the guys with earlier PD (different State) then mine did not receive the recruitment instructions yet. My recruitment...

I agree with LaborDrag analysis. I would also ask why your employer is not willing to conduct the recruitment effort - is it money? If it is then you may request them that you would bear the cost. I think it is worth every penny if you could retain the 11/01 priority date.

I see two differences: 1. Recruitment report instruction: I think my firm's lawyer failed to mention this. 2. Recruitment period: Lawyer told me its 75 days - 45 day of active recruitment + 30 days of inactive. I'll keep you guys updated as my case progress, and request everyone else...

Epidural - Thanks for the information. The reason I asked the question was because my firm’s lawyer told me a different procedure than what you described. According to them the procedure is: 1. Lawyer receives the Recruitment Instruction from DOL 2. Firm conducts the active recruitment...

Confused I am little confused by your question. I am under impression that once your lawyer receives the RI, the recruitment report must be submitted to DOL at the end of the 75 day (45 days active + 30 days inactive) recruitment period. Do we have to wait for recruitment report instruction...

Here is my experience (Note: All these are assumptions based on reading the threads. Please take my assumptions as suppositions not as facts - as BEC’s have never told anyone what the facts are) 1. BEC Case numbers across the State's are not in the order of the priority date. One of the...
