Hi Priya, I had the same doubt(same situation)...I got my EAD in March 2005,didn't get a job till Aug 2005 ...I went to India for 3 weeks...We got our Visa stamped in India...After coming back i called (homeland security 1-800 no)...and checked abt my status...they said, i can work till...- Santhoshi

EAD renewal question
Hi, I also have the same problem.My Husband is in L1 and i'm in L2 with EAD.Our visa and my EAD is Expiring in June,2006.I'm also working.His company has still not filed L1 ext. Plz clarify. Regards, San- Santhoshi
