hello all I was wondering how long it would take to complete lc process after receiveing 45 day letter. It was non RIR. What happens after 45 day letter? What is the LC process for non RIR? What is the process? Your views will be highly appreciated.

should i convert to perm? Guys I am from nepal and i have an application in BPC NY state non-RIR Shoudl I convert to PERM keeping the old priority date and wait or should I just wait for it to go throught the regular process. which would be a better choice. Please let me know Thanks

hello if attorney agrees i think i should convert the old case into perm. It will be faster than the old traditional case anyway and also my PD will e retained. any thoughts ?

Hi Everyone Thanks for the Greatest forum. My LC was filed non-RIR from NY August 2003. No 45 day letter nothing now and I fall into the other country catagory. My company is willing to do PERM but they will completely wipe out my old application and file new. I will loose my filing date...
