We could finally talk to an officer. He confirmed it was a mistake, the approval was not ours. We should keep waiting.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw LUDs on all my family member's I-485 applications. Unfortunately, the status hasn't changed. At least, it seems somebody is working in our applications!!

This is about naturalization, not GC process. I really hope GC won't take that long.

Did you get any LUD's before approval?

My mother is visiting next month and she will stay for a couple of months. She's been disagnosed with arthritis on her knee and she can't walk medium or long distances. Is it possible to get a temporary disability parking indentification card for the time she's gonna be in the USA?

Thanks for your answer ginnu. Let's say I wait until I485 reaches 180 days, I140 is already approved, new company files H1B transfer (if not, I should use EAD), I invoke AC21. Is that the best scenario? I485 will continue with old company and invoking AC21 I'll be safe? Is it even...
