Do you know if you need an Airport Transit Visa if you are travelling with American Airlines (Chicago -- Del) or Continental (Newark -- Del).
Since these are direct flights, I presume you do not need a valid US Visa stamped on your passport.

I also got my Labor approved couple of days back.
I talked to my lawyer and she said it is better to file it to NSC as if you try to hurry and send it to VSC, more then likely they will transfer it to NSC.

Labor Cert -- Any Approvals
Lately lot of ppl have been getting the 45-day letter, but have we seen any approvals..!!
I was wondering if there has been a trend as to which range of dates ppl are getting approvals.
I understand it's a vague question, but may be someone has seen a pattern...

I was told by my lawyer that she finally recieved the 45-Day letter for me.
Apparently, she can just sign it and fax it back...( is that how it goes..?) to confirm that we want to continue the process..!!!
So, now the wait for the approval starts...

I have still not recieved my 45-day letter ( PD Feb'15'2002 ,NY RIR).
I am sure there are others before me who have also NOT yet recieved the letter. But, what I am trying to find out is that, is there a "do by this time" date for this whole process...
