Need urgent advice - J1 to B1/B2
Hi Everybody : My cousin is in the following situation : She got a B1/B2 visa approved for 10 years in Sept 2006 - valid till 2016, then came to US on J1 in July 2007, however her job is ending and the J1 program is closing this month, she has another 20 days before she either finds a job...- here4GC

question about sub-labor and ability to pay..pleease helppp!!
In a sub labor, when does ability to pay issue arise ? Does the employer have to show ability to pay before/on the original PD or going forward..say if I were to get sub for a labor with PD 2002 does the employer need to demonstrate ability to pay before 2002 ? AND/OR from the time the...- here4GC
