Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center Tracking

45 days letter Mine was filed from NJ,yes my pd is Feb 2005. There were no recruitment instructions in the 45 days letter. does this mean that PBEC is going to send another letter with the instructions. Who initiates the recruitment process- Employer or BEC? Thanks Prashant- Prashant1676

What is the next step after responding to 45 days letter? Hi Guys, I'm new to this thread but not new to this website. I just received my 45 days letter from PBEC. My Pd is Feb 2005, NON RIR, EB2.
