Form G-731 I had been waiting for a plastic since 15 months from NSC. I had sent G-731 three or four times, so far no reply. I am not expecting any reply for this Enquiry now. I tried to call NSC never it went through!

Stamp One of my friend had a sticker pasted to the old card and they punch the old card so that the old card can be used for one more year. the sticker shows Jan,Feb,Mar: like that.    He got this from local INS office, I don\'t know this is available in all local offices...

I-90 with fee I agree with JoeF, INS wants I-90 with fee,If you send fee they will send you the card. people in this discussion board had got the card in 45 days once they paid the I-90 fee !!
