I-134 U donot require I-864 for employment based applicants. All you have to do is - fill I-134 and get it notarised. Don\'t confuse yourselves with I-864 - it is not required for employment based applicants.

No Title At washington embassy, once the PCC is cleared, you can send the passports by fedex with return mail. We got it done this way. You can check with the embassy if it is possible to do so.
