Tanveer's Information looks good. I see very less movement in cases in 1000 range of mine. Seems like they are approving old remaining cases first.

I have collegues PD of 2003, who got their 45 days letter 6 months after me, but their labor is already certified, while mine is in process. I don't think you can come up with any theory to define that.

Halleycomet86, There is no year logic in receipt number, mine is a 20004 PD labor, but starts from 05XXX, my friend filed his labor in 2003 and his starts with 04XXX.
