    signature card for EAD

    From IMMhelp.com,it seems I need signature card for EAD. Do you need to send the signature card ( a card with a blue box) along with the form I-765 when applying for EAD? I was told that this was required before but not any more. Has anybody filed for EAD recently without the signature card...
