How long is it taking to renew EAD/AP from TSC these days?
I know individual cases may vary, but wanted to get a feeling about the average time taken.
My EAD/AP is expiring in July and I need to travel as well end of July.

Meanwhile I am faxing my Senator for my case.. As far as S1932 is concerned I already faxed the Senate and House representatives.
Can someone in PA please
call Sen Specter's office and tell him my situation (you can include this as a one-off case in your ppts). I left VMs and posted over the web but he would not reply becuase I am from CA.
I am suffering from Hodgkin's cancer (the same disease that Sen Specter has)...
All I see is a standard message "This type of application is taking anywhere between x and y days"...
How do I know when it was last updated?

Sequence of events:
1. I file labor in EB2 in 2001
2. While I am waiting for the labor clearance, I get promoted and hence become eligible for EB1 in 2004
3. I file EB1 in 2005
4. I get I-140 for the EB1 category while my EB2 LC application is still waiting
5. My EB2 labor gets cleared...
