A minor addition.. companies B & C are consultancies..So I paid for the h1b transfer..

1) I'm working for company A and due to some reasons I had to switch jobs. Initially I got a job in company B[ a very bad offer], who started my H1B transfer procedure. After couple of days, I got another offer from company C[Kind of decent offer] and I accepted that offer and they too started...
