    My attorney didn't receive it (I140 transfer notice) but my employer did. The transfer notices are most likely going to the employer only at this time. USCIS haven't arranged it to send to the attorney yet.

    And my guess is they won't transfer cases with RD later than Jan 04 (TSC I140 processing date).
