Cllin123 - apparently USCIS is experiencing card production delays and hence the reason that we have not received our cards yet. I am in the same boat as you. Here is the official announcement.

Congratulations my friend. I know you have been waiting for a while. I hope her AOS won't take as long. I started AOS process for my better half in January after becoming USC and already got her interview for May 2009. I wish you all the best.

I just received interview letter for our case. It is scheduled for May 08. Our cases did not get a new LUD ever since the cases appear online. The only LUD we had was for our EAD card and that was a couple of days ago. Good luck to all of you...

I just received an email from USCIS informing me that EAD card production for my wife has been ordered... so some progress there. just wanted to share this with you folks. Good luck to ou all...

I have noticed the samething on my case. Nothing has been updated on any of my applications. Is USCIS reducing head counts at their offices... like every other employer nowadays?

Any updates or LUDs from anyone? I noticed from other posts that after FP, cases usually get a newer LUD dates. My cases have not experienced new LUDs yet. Thanks.

Update: Checked my mail today and received biometric appointment notice for 02/05/09. Case status on USCIS website, however, does not reflect this notice.

Did you send your applications to Chicago lockbox? It usually does not take this long to get receipts after checks get cashed.
