I140/485/765/131 sent through DHL on 09/29/05 and reached Saint Albans, VT on 09/30/05 at 10:00 AM. Labor EB2 (Substitute) Anybody got the receipt notices from Saint Albans, VT? And what is the difference between District Office and Service Center? Please post the answers for the questions...- Rama K
