I saw a LUD change in my 140 case with NSC on 3/1, but didn't get any mail of denial or RFE. There was no change in the message online. What does this mean?

What I heard or read from the web is that they only change the message to say it is approved or RFE was sent and will never say on the web a case is denied. I think my case was denied, for I saw a LUD on 3/1 and have no other information till now.
