I think we will definitely go the consular processing route, as we do not want to risk everything.

What are the chances of getting a green card, after I140 is approved?
At which stage of the process can one say that it is 90% certainty of getting GC, whether I485 process or consular process?

1) After I140 is approved.
2) After packet 3 is received.
3) After packet 4 is received with interview notice.
4) Only at interview.
Or put another way, if you are rejected, at which stage is this most likely to happen.
