60 Days On uscis.gov you can look up you service center and there it says that after responding to a RFE your case should be processed in 60 days. If not, you can ask for a case referral.

Me too... My RFE response was received on May 9th and I was told at that time it would a maximum two month wait. It's 3 months and I am totally frustrated with the wait.

Any recent I-140 RFE approvals??? THe AVM says my RFE response was received on Nov. 25. Has anyone in a similar situation received an approval recently?

Any Recent NSC I-140 RFE Approvals?? I received a RFE for my I-140 and it was replied in the middle of Novemeber. THe AVM says it was received on Nov. 25 and will take another 75 days to process it. Does it actually take that long?
