sg94ahpw, I just heard last night that my EAD was approved on 5/3/02.
EAD Approved I and my wife received our EAD cards yesterday and its been less than a month since we applied. Category is EB2-RIR with RD of 4/11/02.- felix

Texas I-140 from February 26th
INS called lawyer AOS or CP? I posted this last week, since I did not receive any responses, am posting it again. My case is EB2(RIR) RD 10/11/02, ND 11/08/02. Last week my lawyer received a call from INS asking whether I wanted to do AOS or CP although my application clearly mentioned AOS...
