Pbec hi: thanks guys, yes, i recevied 45 day letter back in Feb, applied in Jun03 (california), it went regional in Jun04. This PERM is so much better, the BEC process is just too slow, though taking my attorney's advice i didn't remove that application when filing for PERM.
