Travel Out of country with Old H1-B Visa.
I have a similar situation that I could use some help/clarification on.. 1. I have a valid H1B visa from A till 04/2008. 2. I have an H1 transfer notice approved from B. 3. I want to resign A and travel to India for 3 months before joining B.I don't plan to get my H1 stamped again for B...- rajarams
