I got three emails from USCIS in total
1. Welcome notice 6/21
2. Card production 6/21
3. Approval notice 6/26
But have not got any physical mails so far.
Did everyone approved recently all get three physical mails from USCIS?
I wonder why I have not got the welcome notice since it was...
I am a little bit confused.
Is not the RFE sent to both the applicant and lawyer?
If you don't have a lawyer after AC-21, what will it happen to the RFE?
I am EB3. PD 05/2003.
I inquired FBI in 2005 and was told (by email and phone call) my name check was complete and results sent back to USCIS headquater in 11/2004.
But when I went for a InfoPass last week, I was told my name check is still pending.
I am totally confused and don't know...

Does everyone get a Fingerprints (or biometric) notice for EAD renew (employment I-485 based)?
I previous renewed EAD twice. Neither one got fingerprint notice.
Did the rule change recently?
I used AC21 early this year and currently working on EAD.
I am going to renew my EAD very soon.
But which service center should I submit the application to? Previous one (NSC which I filed for I-485) or current one (CSC-which I am currently living in.)
Thanks!

My new company attorney just filed AC-21 EVL and G-28 for me.
But it surprised to me that he only mentioned my already approved I-140 case no in the letter and G-28 form. I am really angry about. As I understand, he has to attach my wife and my I-485 receipt notice. Is there any bad...
If somebody get NOID on I-485, will the online status change for his I-485?
Will he receive the email and letter himself? or only lawer will get it?
Since I just changed job and doesn't have a attorney, I am afraid that I might not get the letter.
Is it possible to check it with USCIS...
Thank you all for the information. Good luck to everyone.
Since I currently live in a temporary apartment and going to move in next couple of months, is it OK I use my friend address in another state for my pending I-485?
I am afraid it is not good the change address frequently during the...
I-140 LUD changed on 6/24. I-485 pending for 2 years. PD not current, name check already cleared.
Since I changed my job three month ago, I am preparing to file AC-21 shortly. Is it still OK with my I-485?
I-140 EB-3 approved in Jan, 2005, I-485 has been pending for two-years. PD not yet current.
I just changed my job three months ago. I saw LUD change on my approved I-140 last week. But no update on I-485.
Does it means the former employer revoke my I-140?
I am preparing to file AC-21...
I just had my FP2 (code 1) done last week. There is neither LUD nor message update at all.
But when I did my first FP1 in June 2004. The LUD and message changed twice in one week.
Does INS change the rule? or is there something I need to worry about?
Thanks!
I used AP once after I travelled outside US once in 2005. As I understand my current H-1B is still valid.
My question is if I change employer now, do I need to file a new H-1B petition (against annual cap) or a H-1B transfer is enough?
Thank you :)
My I-485 is pending over 180 days.
