GC application in 6th year. 7th year extension eligible?
Guys, I needs some help please. My 6th year of H1b will start in Sept. I am working with a consulting company and have EB2 RIR application with PD Oct04 in Dallas BEC. Besides I have also applied in PERM EB2 Chicago center on 07/20 and it is "in process". My current project can end anytime... -
