I-140 Approved According to online case status it is approved and approval notice was mailed on Nov 1st. It says it may take 14 days to receive it. So I am waiting for hard copy. As guys said in previous post, my receipt date on online shows as Oct 18th, but on receipt notice hardcopy it...

My lawyer told me yesterday that they received my receipt notice on 10/22/05.

NSC received my I-140 & I-485 by Sep 30th. Today my checks were cashed. Case # is printed on the back of the check. Checked online case status. It has received date of October 18th. I expect all cases filed by last week of Sep to get their receipt notice next week.
