Hey Burgerking, Did you try iEAD before 90 days ? What is your experience? Did you get it? Which INS Office did you go?

Is it possible to go to the Hartford INS office or Newhampshire or ....anything else , if I live in MA, as I have tried 2 times for Interm EAD at Boston office before 90 days and it got denied both the times and would like to try my luck at the different INS office. Your response helps me a lot.

Went for IntermEAD before 90 days I went to get my Interm EAD at Boston INS office before 90 days as my EAD is expiring with in days. The lady even does not hear what we are telling. Try your luck. It may not happen with everybody. All the best.

what is your receipt Date(EAD)? My receipt date is jun7Th2005 (extension of EAD).My current EAD is going to expire soon. Please let me know your recipt date so that I can estimate on how long it is going to take?

I am on same situation rightnow. I tried to get interm EAD at local INS.But they asked to wait until it gets 90 days. Did u hear anything about Section 245k law. I have seen this law Section 245(k).Can I be benificiable from this law ? Section 245(k) enables a person who is adjusting...
