I-485 pre-adjudication Vs. USCIS new case status
same info for me too. It doesnt mean the application is pre-adjucted I have the same message on my CASE. I am still waiting for some action to occur. my case status changed on 8/05/09 (maybe becasue of the finderprints done in JUN 09) then it changed again on SEPT 23 09 around 7 pm then...- msdhanjal

Email from UCIS - What does it mean?
I had inquired about my case with the USCIS and they sent me this email: I have some Questions about this Email: 1. Does it sound like they have pre-adjudicated my I-485 2. by Visa He means - Visa Numbner=Priority Date 3. Since I have Filed my GC Labor.. so the Labor Approval Date or File...- msdhanjal
