I obtained a MS outside US and got a PHD in US. Per my lawyer said, I have 90% chance to get approval if Iwould apply EB1-OR but I did not follow his suggestion coz I am too lazy to prepare the reference letters.

just called my lawyer office and heard the following information/rumor.
I was told that the PERM application could process up to 90 WORKING days. That means at 90/5*7 = 126 days. it should be longer if considering the holidays.
Another informaiton I heard is almost all...
how come so silent?
seems most of us have not been certified yet. I propose to update our status again in this thread. For those who was certified, please update your information too.
The following is meine:
Status: einmanninus - File:07/14- FR :07/14 - IP: 07/28 -Certified: Not Yet...
Now the PERM becomes a game and FIFO is joke. From time to time, Chicago center give one or two lucky guys certified and let all others keep a very slight hope and FIFO is never followed. Seems we can do nothing but cross fingers and pray.
The following is a recently certified case...
That is the Chicago Center.
My case: Filed 07/14 or a little earlier (never check the exact date with my lawyer), 07/14--Final Review, 07/28--In Process; No denied, No duplicates in Perm, No case in RIR/Regular(BEC), no nothing else.
One question: After the hardcopy of certified LC is gotted, Is there any time limitation to submit I-140 and/or I-485? I mean if the submission of I-140 can be 2 months or more later than the reception of LC?
