Yes, You should say that you are here. When my MIL & FIL came we told the embassy that her daughter was here and when my parents came, I told them to fill my details, All had no problems. It is always better to tell the truth, if they find you lied there will be no chance to get visa after that...- blackbeauty

Citizenship Eligibiliy Question
If a Person comes Applies for his Green card on the first month and gets his Green Card after 2.5 Months and then can he apply for his Citizenship after 2.5 years from the day he got his Green Card. (Or from his i485 Approval Date, or From the date the stamping was done on this passport)...- blackbeauty
