    Some people got approved within 1 week, most of them clear within 1-2 mos, few are more than 4 mos. DOL planned to clear all cases before 9/20/2007 so I guess we will hear something before that day. Sorry not much help for your question....

    You can apply 30 days extension if 30 days is not enough. That will get 60-70 days in total.

    Sumanthj: My rebuttal supposed to due on 12/13/06 but my laywer didn't get anything since he moved so he apply a 30 days extension for my case. I just sent out rebuttal last Friday and yesterday was the MLK day so PEC was off. They just get the package today. I hope my case will be approved...

    140 PP file on 10/24/06 140 RFE on 11/7 TSC doesn't have time to process my file and didn't want to refund my $$ so they issue a RFE asking for everything that I already submitted. :mad:

    Yes, youe lawyer can have your emplyer to sign a form. Basically agree a pay raise then you will be fine.
