Help H1 transfer :initated in Dec'04
I have applied for a H1 transfer in Dec and have not heard anything from INS. Not even the RFE .Had called INS twice they have expedited the process but nothing else ... Does the preimum doing at this stage after 6 months would be any help ? My lawyer says since I am not comp grad...- h1_tranferer
