RFE -time to respond
How long does one have to respond to a RFE request. My online message says the RFE has been mailed on Nov. 14th, but I haven't received my notice as of yet. When I call Immigration officers say they will mail another notice only after one month.. Thanks.- april_ND

My ND is after my spouse's approval date.
My ND is after my spouse's approval date. But we got married before my spouse's approval date. Not sure whether this will cause a problem?.. anybody in a similar scenario? Marriage Date: Jan 18th 2002. Spouse's Approval Date: March 2002. My ND is April 2002. RD April 30th.- april_ND
