    I have had really bad experience with my law firm. What are your guys experience regarding the same. My case is now approved but i just wanted to know if all of them are pretty much useless or some of'em have a strand of ethics and compassion left in them.

    My 140 application was finally approved on Jan 18th. 2005 140 RD: Sept. 2003 485 RD: Jan 2004 No RFE on any application. I had a lot of LUD on both my applications. Thanks, california_gc

    i called the emergency number (949-389-3007) and tried to inquire about my 140 app and they refused to divulge any info of any kind. But for 485 they were more forthcoming and did tell that my case was assigned to an officer on 1st dec. i did get an lud change on my wife's 485 app on dec 1st but...

    labor certified

    I just checked and my labor is now certified. It was auto remanded on July 1 2003. Then was sent back and is now certified.
