I am a U.S. Citizen and my fiance is here in the U.S. in tourist visa for 6 months. 1) Is there such thing as adjustment of status from tourist visa to K-1 or K-3, that way he doesn't have to go back to his native land? 2) Which is faster and less hassle to file? Please help!
