No EOS on I-94; B-2 visa
My mother came here on B-2 visa. It expires on 10/12/03. I'm planning to extend her visa by another 6 months. However on her I-94 is written "NO EOS". What does this mean? Does it mean "No extension of stay". Does this mean that even if I apply for extension it will be automatically denied. Any...- speed1
