Thank you for the reply. Does that mean I can keep the new I94 (valid till feb 28th) with me and not return it? My original I 94 was till Dec12 and i left the US on Jan 28th. The I94 has instructions to return it before the last date( like on any I94). I plan to goto US for a short visit in March.

I have been waiting for a response too. It has been 3 weeks since i submitted my RFE. I dont want to accumulate more days without knowing. So I am thinking of leaving. Is there a problem while re entering if I want to come back after a month? Thanks
