my wife is a derivative asylee. I applied for EAD for her and they sent us EAD with 1 year validity. Can I request USCIS to change it to 2 yrs validity? I understand asylee are entitled to work by thier status. but sometime silly employer's go crazy when we don't have valid EAD.

my permit expired! and my damn HR dept doesn't understand that I don't need EAD... have to renew it now Can I apply for fee waiver?

-I called them for service request. -waited for more than a month. -contacted congress member. -received a letter from congress member after few weeks. attached was a letter from uscis mentioning "inadmissibility bar". -thought useless arguing with them anyway.... -received email on 15th July 09...

that's a sad news. they revoked just because the asylee traveled back to COP? What are the other grounds for asylum revocation.

Who are they that's the Question, even if they took it it will still trigger the bar ......... and they wont issue you an RTD based on the Bar attorneys out there! is that right?

my I-485 was pending since 2008. wrote letter to congressman, and they forwarded it to USCIS, and now I received letter stating that my case is in hold, due to.....inadmissibility bar.!! I am ready to wait, whatever time it takes......no big regret...overall I am safe here... In the mean...
