Is it ok if we join on a salary that is say 10% less on AC21 or is that a very big risk.

re: wth. to add to the question .. if the person is working on an H1B while his I140 is approved and I485 is pending and also has an EAD, will he by travelling on AP come automatically on EAD status and in the process invalidate his H1B.

re mine is a labor sub . case and priority date on my 140 is the original labor filing date. so is it correct that for all labor sub cases ,priority date is the original labor date and not 140 filing date.
