Count me too...... I have Bsc + MCA. I140 pending since June'05. Moved files (I140-I485) from VSC to NSC.

Congrats akam25. USCIS sent a RFE yesterday (don't know exact details yet) on my I140. I am also Bsc + MCA. Hope its the same kind of RFE. Anyone else get RFE recently on I140.

sameerv, My I140 moved from Vermont to NSC in June. After the move there are no updates/LUDs on my petition.

Pending since Jun'05 My I-140 is pending since Jun'05. There are no LUDs on my I-140 since Jun'05. Last month i approached my Congressman's office and they sent a status check enquiry to USCIS. USCIS responded that it is waiting to get a copy of LC from DOL..:-(
