sounds like approval. You may call customer service and find out. They may send you plastic card after march 1 bio.

Is your name check completed? If yes, then I guess I485 approval is at your door step based on LUD. In this forum I have seen PD of April/March 2001 EB3 India have already got approval in Feb 2006. good luck. :D

In the current retrogression scenario PD (priority date) matters. Processing date has less importance. If FBI name check is complete and PD is current then one has possibility of getting 485 approval, irrespective of 485 filling date. I have filled from Jan 2005, still waiting. :(
